Information Collected Through the TSP Scale VIP Directory App

In connection with the TSP Scale VIP Directory App ("the App"), we collect and process information you voluntarily submit when completing the VIP Directory Submission Form or using features within the App. This information may include:

• Full Name
• Business Name
• Business Category
• Contact Information (phone number, email address)
• Street Address, City, State, Postal/Zip Code
• Country
• Profile Photo (rounded square format recommended 170×170 px desktop / 128×128 px mobile)
• Banner Image (recommended 820×312 px desktop / 640×360 px mobile)
• Business Tagline
• Business Description (up to 500 characters)
• Website URL
• Optional Google Maps URL
• Any other information voluntarily submitted to create or update a profile

This information is used to:

• Display your business profile inside the authenticated, members-only directory
• Allow authenticated users to search or contact businesses
• Notify administrators of new submissions
• Manage and update the App experience
• Maintain the integrity and security of user-submitted information

Your directory profile will be visible only to authenticated users of the App and is not publicly available via the open web.

We may also record metadata such as IP address, device information, submission timestamps, and referral data for security and verification purposes.

Prohibited Use of Directory Information

You may not use information accessed in the App—including any user's profile, contact details, business information, or images—for:

• Harassment
• Spam or unsolicited marketing messages
• Threats or abusive contact
• Stalking or doxxing
• Creating mailing lists without consent
• Automated scraping or extraction of data
• Any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity

If we receive reports of harassment, spam, or misuse, your access to the App may be suspended or permanently revoked.

We reserve the right to remove any profile or user account that violates our community standards or policies.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide personal information—such as submitting a directory profile, completing a transaction, verifying payment information, placing an order, or engaging with App features—we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose.

If we request your personal information for secondary purposes such as marketing or communications, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent or give you an opportunity to decline.

Submitting the VIP Directory form constitutes consent for:

• Your information to be stored securely
• Display of your profile to authenticated users
• Use of your information for App operations and administration
• Communication with you regarding your submission

By providing a telephone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages, where applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY (STORE PLATFORM)

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services.

Your data related to store purchases is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. After processing, the information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

• cart – stores cart content
• storefront_digest – validates access for protected stores
• Facebook pixel for conversion tracking

No personally identifiable information is stored in these pixels.
