Welcome Modal
Control whether the Code of Conduct modal appears for users on their first login
When enabled, new users will see the Code of Conduct and must accept it
Note: Turning off the welcome modal can be useful during app verification processes. Remember to turn it back on once verification is complete to ensure all users accept the Code of Conduct.
